ACRE

Action with Communities in Rural England, ACRE, represents the network of Rural Community Councils (RCCs) and their Regional bodies at a national level by linking with public, private and voluntary sector agencies including political organisations and UK Government. It has a role to raise and maintain quality standards of service across all RCCs. It also exchanges information with its members in the national network to raise the profile of rural issues in Government Policy as well as developing opportunities to deliver projects that improve our rural communities at a local level.
