Hartford Village Hall was extended and renovated to a very high standard in 2011. It is fully accessible for users of wheelchairs.

The hall provides facilities for educational, recreational and other leisure-time occupations to enhance the quality of life for the residents of Hartford. The height and width of the main hall make a great airy space for your club meetings, and an excellent location for classes where having that extra space makes the difference.

The hall is used for Parish Council Meetings, Ward Councillors and PCSO Surgeries, dancing, Tai Chi and Yoga Classes, Bridge, History Society, and many more Health & Well-being clubs and groups.

The Main Hall

The main hall is welcoming, flexible, and suitable for a wide range of events and activities.  The lighting has been designed to provide a clear and bright light. A ceiling mounted digital overhead projector and mounted screen may be hired at an additional cost, if required. The hall runs from the front to the back of the building and can seat 60 people.  Tables and chairs are available.

The Small Meeting Room

This room is ideal for small gatherings or meetings. It can seat up to 12 people.  Tea and coffee making facilities can also be provided.

The Kitchen

The modern kitchen is situated between the hall and the meeting room.

Both the hall and meeting room are centrally heated with the hall having a traditionally polished wooden floor.  Furniture (tables and chairs etc) are provided to suit users’ needs and included within the hire fee.  There are modern toilets that include facilities for the disabled.  All parts of the building are fitted with smoke detectors.   The building is accessible to wheelchair users.

Car Parking

The hall has car-parking facilities including three disabled spaces.
