Open Day and Members Evening

You are cordially invited to the Cheshire Community Action Open Day followed by a *Member’s Only Evening titled:
‘It’s all about the money!’ which will focus on sustainable financing of community projects

OPEN DAY
If you’re a Community Organisation, a Village Hall Management Committee, a Parish Plan Steering Group, a Parish or Town Council or an interested individual, this is your chance to come and find out about the work of our organisation and how we can help you.

Those who attend will have the chance to apply for a small grant of up to £150 to be awarded on the day. Attendees of the event will decide which projects are awarded the grant through a ballot on the day.

This event starts at 3.00pm running until 5.30pm

*If you are not already a member of CCA then you will have to join prior to the event to attend in the evening.

*FOLLOWED BY… A Hot Supper Served from 6.00pm

Whether you’re a Community Organisation, a Village Hall Management Committee, a Parish Plan Steering Group or a Parish or Town Council, making sure that your finances are healthy now and in the future is a challenge for us all. We will spend the evening looking at a ‘schmorgesborg’ of different ways to gain and retain funding for your organisation that goes beyond reliance on grants. We will have guest speakers to offer their experiences ranging from self-funding projects to ideas for raising funds.
The evening session will start at 7.00pm following the supper
