Village Hall Funding Sources

The Trusthouse Charitable Foundation

The Trusthouse Charitable Foundation was formed out of a trust operated by the Council of Forte plc which inherited
investments in the Granada Group. The Foundation was
registered with the Charity
Commissioners in 1997.
Its objects are such general charitable purposes as the
Trustees in their discretion may from time to time determine. The Foundation currently distributes over £2 million each year. The average grant awarded by the Foundation is £5,000.
